CleanTech-Lite is the preferred cladding solution for clean production environments. Pharmaceutical and food manufacturers require surfaces that withstand the demanding cleaning methods used in production and processing areas.
Our CleanTech-Lite products meets these requirements. Its glossy white PVC surface, available in 500µ and 700µ thicknesses, provides an easy-to-clean, chemical-resistant, durable, and flame-retardant finish. As a result, manufacturers achieve the hygienic and robust surface standards required in regulated environments.
Furthermore, the rapidly growing Danish pharmaceutical industry has adopted CleanTech-Lite for a wide range of insulation applications. Today, many facilities specify the product as part of their standard insulation solutions.

CleanTech-Lite offer Cladding for straight pipes, Elbows, Tee’s and End-caps Vessels and Ducts are also feasible to make cleanable with the system
Flanges and Valves
CleanTech-Lite Box is a Danish developed bespoke and unique product. Boxes is produced from 2-3 simple measurements for items from -40°C to 200°C
Pipe Supports and more
CleanTech-Lite is a full system. Insulation inserts are of course included. Cladding is glued and sealed with the corresponding non-toxic CT-L Glue & Sealer

An easy-to-clean cladding full system
Suitable for hot, cold & alternating temperature operating process systemstems. CleanTech-Lite creates a glossy clean and uniform appearance for the surfaces in the process areas, that almost begs for being kept clean. Material composision and the thickness of 500µ/700µ has proven to be a durable non-metalic Cladding for the chosen Insulation it protects.
No Starps or Trunk locks nor cutting edges
The 500µ/700µ thick, non-metalic cladding, is glued with the environmentally friendly and non-toxic Glue&Sealer. Straights, Elbows, Tee’s and Endcaps are Glued and Sealed with CT-L Adhesive (Glue&Sealer). Magnets keep the Box closed, therefore no Starps or Trunk locks nor cutting metal edges, coursing injuries on operators, clothing or cleaning staff. Many year as prefered cladding in major Pharma clean rooms has shown that a more effective cleaning is possible.
No use of rivets and screws
Rivets and screws will create risk of damaging the underlying insulation surface coursing water ingress into the insulation materials. From 5°C to 175°C operating installations are particularly sensitive to CUI do to penetrating water, and in some cases this even compromises the manufacturer’s product warranty. Rivets and screws can also damage personel protection clothing and cleaning equipment, waisting time and money.
Made in Europe
This means that all available technical and fire data, BL-s2, d0, are in accordance with EN standards. The sizes for fittings such as Elbows, Tee’s, end caps, are adapted to insulation thicknesses in mm used in Europe. This results in it being possible to install the cladding so that joints are watertight and that production/shipping take place optimally, environment- and time-wise.

Furthermore, CleanTech-Lite Cladding has been developed in collaboration with specialists from the Danish pharmaceutical industry to meet GMP requirements for cleaning insulated pipework as part of the interior surfaces in pharmaceutical and food-grade cleanrooms.
The following products are available as standard:
- Straight rolls, 20 m lengths, for diameters up to Ø150 mm
- 90° elbows (horizontal/vertical) for outside diameters from 52 mm to 467 mm
- 45° elbows for outside diameters from 40 mm to 271 mm
- Tees for outside diameters from 52 mm to 323 mm
- End caps for diameters from 60 mm to 720 mm
If the required size is not available for very large ducts or vessel heads, we can arrange supply through one of our subcontractors. These items are manufactured from white-painted aluminium sheet.

Flanges and Valves
Our CleanTech-Lite boxes are removable boxes with magnetic closure.
No tools required to remove and reassemble, means fast and easy service of the system. Minimizes the need for foreign service personnel.
The boxes are covered with the same easy-to-clean foil, as the Cladding for the corresponding pipe systems.
CleanTech-Lite Box is a produced from the special HT PIR foam that can be used on flanges and valves operating in temperatures from -40°C up to 200°C.
On the inside, insulation material is sealed with an FDA approved sealer.
A CleanTech-Lite Box is made bespoke and in desired insulation thicknesses. The boxes are delivered with the number of divisions required. Boxes for cold items must, in addition to the magnetic closure, must be sealed with our FDA approved sealer. This is to ensure against ingress of water vapor as a result of vapor pressure differences.

- Pipe Support, Insulation inserts suitable for both Hot and Cold applications and materials like Mineral Wool, Elastomeric, Phenolic and Melamine
- CT-L Glue and Sealer for gluing and sealing joint and seams to create a water tight Cladding
- Masking tape for temporary retention of foil until the glue has hardened
